This is one for the naughty list.

Upstate cops busted a man for speeding, only to discover he was hiding baggies of weed in his car – which he brazenly tried to pass off as Christmas gifts, the Niagara Gazette reported.

Peter J. Mojica, 33, was allegedly bolting through peaceful Tonawanda when he was stopped by officers who said he seemed intoxicated.

He failed a field sobriety test and his blood alcohol content was two points over the legal limit, cops said.

When searching through his car, officers discovered six bags of pot, each weighing 38 grams, and the perp told them “They were Christmas gifts.”

Mojica, who is from Buffalo, was charged with DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance and speeding.

He was held on $250 bail.
