A Brooklyn substitute teacher was busted after she bit a 5-year-old student who had been clinging to her, cops said.

Shavonne Johnson, 37, who was subbing at K771 — located inside P.S. 66 on East 96th Street in Canarsie — was holding a party for her students around 12:50 p.m. Friday when the young boy wouldn’t let go of her, cops said.

Johnson tried to push the child away — and then chomped down on his left wrist, causing redness and swelling, according to police.

She was charged with second-degree assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child, cops said.

She was also quickly fired after the incident, the Department of Education said.

“There is no place for this alleged behavior in our schools, and Ms. Johnson was immediately terminated,” DOE spokesman Douglas Cohen said in a statement.

Johnson began as a substitute teacher in 2016, and had worked at the school where the incident occurred for two or three weeks, sources said.
