A Suffolk County police officer sexually assaulted a woman in an interrogation room while another officer ignored the attack — and then thanked her for her cooperation, a new $5 million lawsuit alleges.

Officers Christopher McCoy and Mark Pav brought the woman, whose name is being withheld, to the Long Island precinct for traffic violations on March 16, after which McCoy forced her to perform oral sex on him, the suit claims.

McCoy allegedly groped her breasts before arresting her and transporting the woman to the 1st Precinct in West Babylon, according to the complaint, which names Suffolk County and the officers individually.

Once inside the precinct, McCoy allegedly pressed his “bulge” into the victim, asking “do you feel that?” He then beckoned her to “kiss” his private parts, the papers claim.

McCoy, who is married, then moved her to another room, where he forced her to perform oral sex on him and then told her to “clean up.”

As she left, Pav “thanked [the woman] for being cooperative with the officers,” the papers read.

The next day, the traumatized woman began receiving texts from an unknown number. When she asked the texter to identify themselves, they allegedly wrote “I put you in handcuffs, remember?”

She then went straight to the FBI, according to court documents.

McCoy has been suspending without pay pending the outcome of the FBI investigation, cops said. Assistant Commissioner Justin Meyers said in a statement the department is aware of the allegations, and taking appropriate action.

Neither McCoy nor Pav could be immediately reached for comment.
